At Eye Solutions Opticians, we stand by the quality of our products and services. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage provided for frames, lenses, and optical accessories purchased from us.
1. Warranty Coverage
a) Frames
- All frames purchased from Eye Solutions Opticians come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., hinges, coating, material flaws).
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, exposure to extreme heat, or improper handling.
b) Prescription Lenses
- Prescription lenses are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects such as coating peeling, incorrect prescription processing, or lens breakage during normal use.
- Scratches resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered unless due to a manufacturer’s defect.
c) Contact Lenses & Accessories
- Contact lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Accessories (cases, cleaners, cloths) are covered for 30 days against manufacturing defects.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- Accidental damage, drops, or breakage due to misuse.
- Loss, theft, or neglect of products.
- Unauthorized repairs or adjustments by third parties.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, discoloration).
3. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
- Provide your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Bring or send the defective product to Eye Solutions Opticians.
- Our team will inspect the product to determine warranty eligibility.
- If approved, we will repair, replace, or exchange the product at no extra cost.
4. Turnaround Time
Warranty claims are usually processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the nature of the defect and availability of replacement parts.
