Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Eye Solutions Opticians, we strive to deliver your eyewear and optical products quickly, safely, and at the best value. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Locations

• We deliver across Nairobi and other major towns in Kenya.
• Orders outside Nairobi may take longer depending on courier availability.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Nairobi Deliveries: 1–3 business days.
• Other Towns in Kenya: 3–7 business days (depending on courier services).
• Customized Prescription Lenses: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing.

Note: Deliveries may be delayed due to public holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated in such cases.

3. Delivery Charges

• Within Nairobi CBD: Free delivery for orders above KES 5,000, otherwise a small delivery fee applies.
• Within Nairobi (outside CBD): Delivery charges vary depending on location.
• Outside Nairobi: Delivery fees are based on courier rates. Customers will be informed before order confirmation.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available), orders will be processed immediately, and payment is collected upon delivery.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners for timely and safe delivery. Tracking details will be provided (where available).

6. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will contact you to reschedule. Extra charges may apply for repeated missed deliveries.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Replacement or resolution will be arranged in line with our Return & Exchange Policy.
