1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- For prescription lenses, returns are only possible if there was an error in prescription fulfillment on our part.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Contact lenses once opened or used.
- Customized or special-order prescription lenses.
- Items damaged due to mishandling, accidents, or improper care after purchase.
3. Exchange Policy
- Frames may be exchanged for another style of equal or higher value (price difference to be covered by the customer).
- If the chosen replacement is of lower value, no cash refund will be provided; a store credit will be issued instead.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only provided if the product is faulty, defective, or if there was an error in the order.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
